终于等到 ARREIT 公布派息了

因为 ARREIT 上一次第二季的成绩公布是 8 月 23号。所以，由上个星期开始，DingDongLin 一直在 Bursa Malaysia 网页注意 ARREIT 的第三季成绩出炉。昨晚还在看，都看不到；今早终于公布了。

ARREIT 这一季的成绩比起 2010 第三季的成绩差了一点点，派息率也少了一点点。2010 年第三季 EPS 1.88，派息率 1.79；2011 年第三季 EPS 1.81，派息率 1.72。

无论如何，第一次收 REIT 的股息，感觉是好的。DingDongLin 有 20 lots (2000 units)，股息应该是 ~= RM30++ 吧！

RM 0.016806 x 2000 units = RM 33.612 (Taxable, 10%?)
RM 0.000394 x 2000 units = RM 0.788 (Tax-exempt)
